Barrel Aged Dad’s Hat Cocktail at Percy Street Barbecue
Locally sourced ingredients, locally distilled, and barrel aged, Dad’s Hat rye is the star of this cocktail, which made its debut at the South Street BBQ joint this month. Added to the whiskey are maple syrup, cranberry, Carpano and Fernet Branca. The cocktail is finished with black walnut bitters. Fedora not included.
