Another boozy reboot is found at the bar in the ground floor of the Hotel Monaco across from Independence Hall — this cocktail could be called an Old Fashioned 2.0. Bols genever, Vieux Carré absinthe, Luxardo maraschino, demerara syrup and Angostura bitters are shaken and topped with a cherry. Look for the drink among the other new ones on the fall beverage menu.
