El Escorpion
The El Escorpion is a holdover from Pub & Kitchen’s previous cocktail menu, and there’s a good reason why it’s a keeper. A double dose of Mexican agave spirits goes into this cocktail with smokey undertones. Joven mezcal (which is where the smoke comes from) and a smooth reposado tequila come together with lemon and honey for a drink that will make you think, “Margarita who?”
