Basil Smash
The basil is subtle in this gin drink, but it enhances the smooth Plymouth gin, lemon and sugar that go into this refreshing, perfect-for-a-warm-night cocktail. The basil isn’t muddled into the glass. Instead, the leaves are put in the shaker with the other ingredients and shaken vigorously to infuse the liquids with the herb and give it a slight green tint.

As good as these cocktails are, the prices won’t set you back too much, ranging from $9–$10. While you won’t find these specific cocktails for less during Pub & Kitchen’s happy hour, you will find a rotating selection of $5 cocktails, $5 wines and $3 drafts, Monday–Friday from 4–6 PM.
