The Peruvian Macchu Pisco, a grape brandy distilled in copper pots, is the star of this cocktail. Clear and refreshing, the drink that’s shaken with verbena leaves and lime gets a salted rim. The salt, the brandy, and the citrus flavors all complement each other in an original cocktail that stands alone without garnish.
