The Festa dei Sette Pesci, or Feast of the Seven Fishes, will be offered all month long as December’s prix fixe tasting menu at Ristorante Panorama. From now until December 30, explore this take on the traditional Italian Christmas feast. For $45 dollars, guests will be treated to a three-course meal from the Chef’s seven fishes menu. An optional wine pairing for each course is available for an additional $18.75. 

Antipasti
Seared Sea Scallop- pistachio encrusted with thyme and limoncello sauce
Aragosta- lobster fritter on crepe shell
Scungilli- sautéed with olive oil, garlic, tomato, and red pepper flakes

Optional wine pairing: Prosecco, La Marca (Italy)

Insalate
Calamari- poached & marinated in olive oil, garlic, and orange zest
Baccala Salad- salted cod with olive oil, lemon, and herbs
Shrimp Cocktail

Optional wine pairing: Gewurztraminer “Riserva~900 cases produced Santa Digna~Fair Trade Certified” Miguel Torres 2011 (Chile)

Entrée
Branzino- Mediterranean sea bass with tomato, fennel, and leek fume

Optional wine pairing: Vermentino 50%/Verdicchio 50% “Vitiano~Umbria” Falesco 2012 (Italy)
