Celebrate love the old fashioned way this Valentine's Day with bites and flights. Ok, it might not be old fashioned, but it still sounds like a good way to celebrate. 

Perch Pub invites you and your lover to enjoy dishes specialy paired with craft drafts this Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14. Each couple will select four plates to share, which will be accompanied by two 5 oz pours. Dessert is also included so you can share something sweet with your sweetheart. The menu will be offered both Friday and Saturday nights, and if you mention "Beer is for lovers" a complimentary long-stemmed rose will be delivered to your table. Reservations are required for this special menu and can be made by calling 215-546-4090. 

Couples can choose from:
Duck Spring Rolls: maple chili sauce, paired with Victory Hop Ranch
Trio of Dips: hummus, baba ganoush, muhammara, served with pita, paired with Perennial Aria
Pork Rillettes: crostini, pickled apricots, paired with Evil Twin The Cowboy Smoked Pilsner
Chicken Liver Mousse: brioche, pear chutney, paired with Oskar Blues Old Chub (Nitro)
Valentine Salad: roasted beets, gorgonzola, toasted pistachios, scarlet beet and orange reduction, paired with Dogfish Head Namaste
Drunken Kiss Oysters: 4 oysters, raspberry mignonette, paired with Stillwater Cellar Door
Shrimp and Grits: classic Cajun recipe, paired with Troegs Nugget Nectar

Dessert: Vanilla Panna Cotta with bourbon cherries
