Tria Celebrates Clean Local Water Month With Featured Pairings Throughout September
Given that water — clean, safe and potable — plays such an integral role in the production of wine, beer and cheese, Tria Rittenhouse and Wash West are celebrating the Delaware River Basin throughout September in observance of Clean Local Water Month.
The tribute will highlight some of the amazing, locally produced products that utilize the great water from the Delaware River Basin, and simultaneously help raise awareness about The Nature Conservancy and the work it does to keep that water safe and clean.
This week, both locations kick things off with a special featured pairing of Sparkling Rosé Pinot Noir, Pinnacle Ridge Winery, NV (Lehigh Valley, PA) and Yellow Springs Farm Cloud Nine (Chester Springs, PA). The rosé is a Champagne Method Pinot Noir with cherry, strawberry, spice and bread dough notes, and the Cloud Nine is described as a velvety and luscious and the bloomiest little cloud on Tria’s cheese board.
Keep an eye on Tria’s website for further featured pairings this month.
