Here's Where You Can Get Free Drinks at SXSW 2015
If you aren't following @sxdrinks while attending #SXSW, you're doing it wrong. The film and interactive portions of Austin’s annual festival kicked off yesterday morning with a series of exhibits, screenings and workshops—and plenty of happy hours to break up the day. Thankfully,@sxdrinks is here to point you in the direction of free booze around the city with regular updates on beer tastings, cocktail parties and more.
Of course, they’ll need your help keeping the page up to date, so don’t by shy and share the love. The SXSW tippling one-stop is known for re-tweeting festival-goers’ leads on short lines and full kegs, so remember to use #SXDrinks for wristbands, giveaways and free drink locations—because nothing’s worse than a long line and a dried-up bar after a day of intense networking.
