Where to Take Mom for Mother's Day Brunch

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with delicious brunch eats and cocktails? Here’s a list of our top picks for treating the moms in your life. Don’t forget to make reservations!
 
Mom can enjoy brunch here from 10:30 AM to 3 PM. She can also enjoy special beer cocktails with her brunch or classics like Bloody Marys and mimosas. (646 Germantown Pk.; 484-344-5438)

Bridget Foy’s
In addition to the regular brunch menu, Bridget Foy’s has new brunch additions including red velvet donuts and lobster frittata. Bridget Foy’s is opening early at 9 AM for the occasion and will continue to serve brunch until 3 PM. (200 South St.; 215-922-1813)

City Tap House Logan
City Tap House is highlighting a special brunch menu which includes Orange Sour Cream Pancakes, Amaretto French Toast and a signature dish, Chicken & Waffles. Live music from the Bickle Brothers band will start at 12 PM. (2 Logan Sq.; 215-587-9040)

Fork
Fork is offering a special Mother’s Day three-course brunch menu for $40 per person. Choose from dishes like steak and eggs with salsa verde or smoked pastrami on a horseradish cheddar biscuit. Pair your brunch eats with one of Fork’s specialty cocktails. The brunch menu will be available from 11 AM–3 PM. (306 Market St.; 215-625-9425)

London Grill
Treat Mom to a delicious brunch or dinner at London Grill. A special $35 prix fixe brunch menu will be offered 10 AM–3 PM with a "Make Your Own" Bloody Mary Bar. Dinner served from 5–9 PM. (2301 Fairmount Ave.; 215-978-4545)

Osteria
Enjoy Osteria’s Special Mother’s Day Brunch menu and also receive a complimentary dessert for mom. (640 N Broad St.; 215-763-0920)

Palladino’s
From 10:30 AM–2:30 PM, Palladino’s will be offering a special Mother’s Day brunch including menu additions like Chef Luke Palladino’s jumbo lump crab cake with poached eggs and roasted red pepper hollandaise. (1934 E Passyunk Ave.; 267-928-4339)

Panorama
Panorama will be opening early at 3 PM, and all mothers will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco. (14 N Front St.; 215-922-7800)

Paradiso
This East Passyunk restaurant will open early on Mother’s Day. Dinner service will start at 2:30 PM. If Mom would like to bring her own bubbly, she can do so for free since Sundays are free from cork fees. (1627 E Passyunk Ave.; 215-271-2066)

R2L
Enjoy a three-course brunch for $75 per person at R2L. Brunch features a buffet of first courses, choice of main course and a selection of desserts for the table to share. Brunch runs from 11 AM–2 PM. (50 S 16th St.; 215-564-5337)

Red Owl Tavern
If you take Mom to Red Owl Tavern, she’ll get a complimentary glass of sparkling wine with her brunch or dinner entree. Brunch is served from 8 AM–3 PM. (433 Chestnut St.; 215-923-2267)
 
This Old City bar will be shaking up some specials cocktails for your mom to pair with her brunch. Mom can choose the Cherry Blossom, Lavender Champagne, Hibiscus Mint Champagne or the Hibiscus Mojito. (48 S 2nd St.; 215-925-2317)

Spirit of Philadelphia
From 9:30 AM–12 PM, The Spirit of Philadelphia will host its annual cruise and dancing Mother Day brunch buffet. Each mom will receive a flower along with the special brunch menu. The Spirit of Philadelphia also offers package upgrades that include roses, a bottle of champagne and photos for Mom. Packages range from $59.99-89.99. (401 S Columbus Blvd.; 866-455-3866)

Square 1682
Enjoy brunch all day long at Square 1682. From 7 AM–9 PM, Mom can enjoy classic and special brunch options. All moms will also go home with a box of house-made petits fours. Prizes hide inside some of those take-home boxes, and your mom could be the lucky winner of an overnight stay at Hotel Palomar or Hotel Monaco, dinner with wine pairings for two at Square 1682, Rittenhouse Spa & Club gift certificates and more. (121 S 17th St.; 215-563-5008)

Valanni
From 10:30 AM–3 PM, Valanni will offer a three-course Mother’s Day brunch for $35 per person. Build your own Mimosa or choose from an assortment of other brunch cocktails like the Brazilian Pop made with pomegranate liqueur, mango puree and champagne, or the Bloody Valanni made with Absolut Pepper and a shrimp and vegetable skewer.
