Bars Open on Thanksgiving in Philadelphia
The last Thursday of November for some can be the best day of the year, and for others, the most dreaded. Depending on how you do Thanksgiving, you may enjoy cooking all day and relaxing with a refreshment afterward, you might have someone handle all the cooking for you, or you might be looking for a place to hide. We’re not here to judge. In fact, here is a list of places for you to wet your whistle after getting your gobble on:
American Sardine Bar
Open at 6 PM

Open starting at 12 PM with the entire food menu available; $2 PBR drafts and 20% off all bombers during the Eagles game.
Bridget Foy’s
Reservations from 1 PM–7 PM; Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner ($28 per person) plus special selections from the fall menu.
Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse
Open at 11 AM. NFL Specials- $3.75 Coors Light drafts. Complimentary turkey dinner buffet starting at 6 PM.
Cavanaugh’s Headhouse
Main bar open at 12 PM.
City Tap House Universtiy City
Open 11 AM–8 PM with the kitchen cooking up Thanksgiving specialties.
Con Murphy’s
