Sly Fox Brewing is turning 20 years old, and to celebrate the brewery is hosting a variety of events throughout the weekend of December 11. Celebrations will be held at both the Phoenixville and Pottstown locations, so come out to either, or both locations, for great beer, food, music, and much more.
 

If Sly Fox’s amazing annual events, like the Bock Fest Goat Races, Can Jam Festival, and Cyclocross, prove anything, it’s that the brewery knows how to throw a party, and the anniversary celebrations are no exception.
 

The fun starts on Friday, December 11, with a Kick Off Party at the Phoenixville Brewhouse from 6–11 PM. Sly Fox 20, this year’s anniversary beer, will officially be released with a ceremonial Jeroboam, or oversized bottle, pouring at 6 PM sharp. Sly Fox 20 is a dry hopped Belgian-style Golden Ale brewed with a combination of German, French, and North American two row barley and hopped with a variety of hops from Germany, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. After the Jeroboam pouring, guests can grab special beer flights and even win prizes while enjoying live music by Holt 45 from 8–11 PM.
 

The celebrations continue on Saturday, December 12, with a Three-Course Beer Brunch at the Phoenixville Brewhouse at 9:30 AM. The brunch starts with a Sourdough Breakfast Boule paired with Tettnang Pils, followed by Black Raspberry French Toast complemented by Black Raspberry Reserve, and finishes with an Apricot Parfait paired with Sly Fox 20. A limited number of tickets are available for $30 each, so act fast if you’re ready to have your palette rocked.
 

Saturday concludes with a Throwback Night at the Phoenixville location featuring a staff reunion photo at 8 PM, the Whiskeyhickon Boys playing at 9 PM, and half-price retro growler specials all night long. Bring in a growler with the old logo and you’ll receive 50% off select growler fills.
 

The anniversary weekend winds down on Sunday, December 13, with a Pigskin Pig Roast at the Pottstown Tasting Room. A heated tent will be set up where you can enjoy a pig smoked by Standard Tap’s Paul Kimport and watch the Eagles take on the Bills at the Linc at 1 PM.
