Where to Watch: 2016 Election Day Specials and Watch Parties in Philadelphia

RIP USA

To put it lightly, this election season has been an absurd disaster. Thankfully, it's coming to an end on Tuesday, November 8. There’s no better way to reward yourself for exercising your civic duty than going out to a great bar to celebrate the end of this hellish Facebook-post riddled election season and cheer to whomever will sport the title of Commander in Chief.

Bierstube: This brewpub will broadcast the election results with $4 Hofbrau and Hefeweizen drafts.

Brauhaus Schmitz: Grab a free Traunstein Oktoberfest if you are sporting your “I Voted” sticker. Offer also available at Brau’s sister bar Whetstone Tavern.

Good Dog Bar: This Center City spot with an expansive draft list is live-broadcasting the election results.

Grey Lodge Pub: They’ll be broadcasting the results as well as having their regular taco Tuesday promotion. When asked, Grey Lodge described their taco specials like so: “We were going to have to 2 terrible tacos to choose from with 2 others that weren't good either but decided that reality can suck it and will go with 3 great choices, and unlike the election, you can go with all three.”

Gunner’s Run: They’ll be broadcasting the results as they happen accompanied by a special Election Night quizzo from 8-10 PM. They’ll also have a Hillary Margarita, a Donald Trump fishbowl and other specials running all night.

The Industry: One of The Industry's TVs will be showing the election live.

James: Watch the results at one of Center City’s newest spots. Stop by between 5-6 PM for a free house beer or wine to cheers to the end of a painful election season.

McGillin’s Olde Ale House: BBC News will on the upstairs TVs with sound on at this spot. BBC reporters will also be  stationed at the bar to interview patrons about the election, so if you’re looking for your 15 seconds of fame, this may be the place to go. Besides that, folks can enjoy specials including $0.35 wings, $3 McGillin’s Red Ale, $5 Trump’s Red Apple Smash and $5 Hillary’s Blue Hawaiian Punch cocktails.
