Ballast Point Tower Takeover at Devil’s Den

What: Ballast Point Brewing Co. is taking over eight taps at Devil’s Den.

When: Thursday, February 3rd from 7-9pm

Where: Devil’s Den. 11th and Ellsworth, South Philly

Ballast Point Brewing Co. will be featuring eight of their beers on tap, with all drafts and flights $1 off from 7-9pm. Draft list includes: Sculpin IPA (7%),Victory at Sea (Imperial Coffee Vanilla porter, 10%), Even Keel (double dry hopped session IPA, 3.5%), Barmy Ale (golden ale brewed with South African Apricots, caramelized orange blossom honey, 10.7%),  Bourbon Barrel Aged Piper Down (bourbon barrel aged Scottish ale, ?%), Yellowtail Pale Ale (German Kolsch, 4.6%), Black Marlin Porter (6%), Big Eye IPA (6%).

What: Drink Philly’s monthly First Friday art showing, with food provided by Tria and wine from Penns Wood Winery and Wines Unlimited.

When: Friday February 4th, 5-9pm.

Where: Drink Philly Intergalactic Headquarters, 239 Chestnut St. (between 2nd and 3rd), 2nd floor, Old City.

This month, come enjoy free wine tastings from Wines Unlimited and Penns Woods Winery, FREE food from TRIA, and check out some great local art and music! ABSOLUTELY NO COVER CHARGE. (Valid ID is required, only 21+will be admitted.)

Soul ‘n Suds! Kraftwork welcomes New Holland Brewing!

What: All day party featuring 15 beers on tap from New Holland Brewing.

When: Saturday, February 6th 12pm-2am.

Where: Kraftwork at Girard and Frankford Ave. in Fishtown

Kraftwork party featuring music from the heavyweights of vinyl soul: Dj Den jams/Dr. Joel/Ad Rock. They will be showcasing 15 beers from New Holland Brewing on tap and the breweries on John Haggert (brew master) and Fred Bueltmann (Beervangelist). Some of the beers featured are their Mad Hatter IPA, Night Tripper Imperial Stout and Dragon’s Milk oak aged ale.
