We Heart Japan - Cocktails for Tsunami Relief
Tonight, an evening of food & drinks will be held to benefit the people of Japan. Though tickets for the 5-course cocktail dinner presented by Akiko Moorman, Phoebe Esmon (USBG) and Christian Gaal (USBG) are currently sold out, they invite the masses to attend the $30/person cocktail session beginning at 10pm.
Hosted by Aaron Matzkin and Dean Kitagawa of the soon-to-open Rotisseur, the evening will also see a raffle and other fun things - all to benefit tsunami relief.
Other participants and sponsors include Blue Moon Acres, Baldor Specialty Foods, Farm Art, Maido, Majestic Wines, St. Germain, Moda Botanica, Penn 1681 Rye Vodka, Beefeater 24 Gin, FriSatSun, Nestle Waters, Dreadnought Wines & D’Artagnan.
This will be an amazing evening of cocktail deliciousness, and for every dollar donated to the event, people in Japan are matching the relief efforts with man-hours.
