5/10: Beer Goggles Dinner at Varga

Varga Bar and Thrillist are hosting their first "Beer Goggles Dinner," a romp through some unusual fare with some high-ABV beers to act as your guide.
Five courses will be provided, with the food scaling in terms of the "ick factor." While some braver souls have certainly attempted items such as head cheese (think jelly made from hog's head flesh) and found it to be quite delicious, it's certainly not a commonplace dinner item in the average American's diet. The beers all range from 8% to 11.8%, so you'll have some liquid courage to help you along the way.
