5/24: Bacon and Beer Dinner at Twenty Manning
Dock Street Brewing Co. is already well known for their fun pairing dinners, but they’ve really gone and done it this time.
On May 24th, Twenty Manning Grill at 261 S. 20th St. will host a “Beer and Bacon” dinner, pairing four courses of bacon and beer goodness.
The menu is as follows:
1st Course
Chicharrone Trio
Chipotle red sauce, avocado crema, hot English apple butter
Paired with Royal Bohemian Pilsner
2nd Course
Citrus & Cinnamon Braised Pork Belly
Watermelon, Kasseri cheese & Burgundy vinaigrette
Paired with Dock Street Summer Session
3rd Course
Crispy Pork Croutons
Potato rosti, endive salad with hot bacon cider dressing
& a poached egg
Paired with Dock Street Rye IPA
4th Course
Brandied Cherry Ice Cream Sandwich
Soft chocolate cookie, homemade brandied cherry ice cream
& maple bacon sprinkles
Paired with Dock Street Man Full of Trouble Porter
