Morimoto for Japan
As part of a fundraiser for Japanese relief, Iron Chef Morimoto and Starr Restaurants are hosting a very special dinner at Morimoto on June 7th, from 6:30pm-10pm.
The evening will begin with hors d'oeurves, sushi, and champagne. After that, guests will be treated to a live cooking demonstration by Morimoto himself, followed by a five-course tasting menu that includes drink pairings.
Throughout the evening, Freeman’s Auction House will host a live auction as well.The price is a bit steep, clocking in at $300 (tax & tip are included) - but when the Iron Chef is cooking for you and it's for a good cause, we'd say it's more than justified.
Everything earned throughout the evening will go directly to the Philadelphia-Japan Disaster Relief Fund.
