Feury Brothers Beer Dinner with Victory's Bill Covaleski
This Monday, October 17, chef Patrick Feury of Berwyn’s Nectar is welcoming his brother, chef Terrance Feury (of Old City’s Fork) and Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company for a four-course collaborative beer dinner.
Not only is this a rare opportunity to meet Victory’s head brewmaster (Covaleski a super-popular guy), it’s your last chance to try the custom golden English-style Fists of Feury, brewed with rosemary to create a crips, hoppy pale ale.
In addition to the “Feurious” brew, which will be served alongside citrus lobster salad, the dinner will feature fish charcuterie paired with Victory Harvest Pils, striped bass with Asian pork belly accompanied by Victory Moonglow Weizenbock and a cheese course with Victory V12. The entire meal, including the beer, runs $65 per person, or you can order the dishes a la carte. Reservations are any time after 5 PM, all night long (610-725-9000).
