Iron Hill's 2nd Anniversary and Beer Dinner (7/16, 7/27)
Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant of Maple Shade is going to celebrate their two year anniversary with a whole slew of awesome events! They plan on featuring an anniversary beer, Brewmaster's Dinner, and a special anniversary party!
The Anniversary Party will take place on July 16th, and from noon to 5pm attendees can try two very unique brews: Second Rising and Christmas in July.
Second Rising is Maple Shade's official 2nd Anniversary Beer, and is a double IPA that has been single-hopped with Sorachi Ace hops. It will be available at $7 for 16oz.
Christmas in July is Iron Hill's "Winter Warmer" beer, but it has been aged in a bourbon barrel for four months. It's a strong, dark ale finished with "classic winter spices" and will be available at $6.50 for 16oz.
Join them again on July 27th at 7pm for a summer food and beer pairing dinner. The cost will be $65, which includes tax and gratuity. The menu includes:
Yuzu-Butter Grilled Oysters paired with Belgian Witbier
Seafood Salad paired with Saizanne
Mojo Lobster Roll paired with Kryptonite, an American-Style IPA
Chicken Fried Steak and Grilled Shrimp paired with Anvil Ale (English style bitter)
Vanilla and Wild Berry Crepes paired with Cherry Porter
So get on out there and celebrate properly! These guys have been making great beer for years, and have a ninth location opening very soon!
