If you love great Philly bars and hate cancer, this Saturday, October 8 event is for you. Now in its fourth year, Brews for Boobies consists of five pub crawls in neighborhoods across the city to raise awareness of breast cancer. Your $25 registration fee gets you a cool t-shirt as well as food and drink specials at all your hop-stops, and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The crawls run from noon to midnight, and take place in Center City, Old City, South Philly, Northern Liberties and Fairmount. Check out the website to see the featured bars and drink deals, and to sign up – you have through September 29 to officially join the fun.
