Philadelphia Bars and Restaurants Open on Christmas Eve

Despite what famous poems would have you believe, in reality the night before Christmas is anything but quiet. Check out this list of bars and restaurants open and ready to serve you a pre-holiday sip on Christmas Eve. Even if you have to wake up early for presents the next morning, you can do it in pajamas, so take advantage make the most of your night out.

10 Arts: Open 5:30–10 PM serving six-course tasting menu ($110, $55 for kids under 12).

Alma de Cuba: Open 5–9 PM

Amada: Serving special holiday tasting menu plus á la carte options through 9 PM.

American Sardine Bar: Open 11 AM–2 AM (kitchen closes at 1 AM).

Avalon Restaurant: Open 5:30–10 PM serving special seven fishes dinner plus limited á la carte options ($45, $12 for kids under 12).

Barclay Prime: Open 5–10 PM.

Bistro St Tropez: Open 5:30–9 PM serving special three- or five-course prix fixe menu ($38 with $18 optional wine pairing or $45 with $30 optional wine pairing).

Bridget Foy’s: Open regular hours serving six-course seven fishes menu with á la carte options available ($45).

Buddakan: Open 11:30 AM–2:20 PM and 5–9 PM.

Butcher & Singer: Open 11:30 AM–9 PM.

Cavanaugh’s Head House: Open 11 AM–2 AM.

Cavanaugh's Rittenhouse: Open 11:30 AM–2 AM.

Chart House: Open 5–10 PM.

Chez Colette: Open 6–11 PM.

City Tap House: Open lunch–9 PM.

Continental Mid-Town: Open 10 AM–4 PM and 5–10 PM.

Cuba Libre: Open for dinner till 8PM.

The Dandelion: Open 11:30 AM–10 PM.

El Camino Real: Open 10 AM–2 AM.

El Rey: Open 11:30 AM–10 PM.

El Vez: Open 11:30 AM–10 PM serving the dinner menu all day.

Federal Donuts: Open until sold out or 3 PM.

Field House: Open regular hours.

Fogo De Chao: Open 11:30 AM–2:30 PM and 5–9:30 PM ($34.50 lunch, $51.50 dinner).

Garces Trading Company: Open 11 AM–9 PM.

Il Pittore: Open 5–9 PM.

The Industry: Open 4 PM–2 AM (kitchen closes at 10 PM).

Irish Pub: Open 11 AM–2 AM serving a 3-course dinner menu ($13-$15).

Jones: Open 11:30 AM–10 PM.

Lacroix: Open 5:30–9:30 PM.

Le Virtu: Open until 10 PM.

London Grill: Open for dinner–11 PM serving the regular menu with special holiday additions.

McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood: Open 11 AM–10 PM.

Milkboy: Open until 1 AM (kitchen closes at 11 PM).

Morimoto: Open 11:30 AM–2 PM and 5–9 PM.

Moshulu: Open 4–9 PM serving the a la carte dinner menu.

Paradiso: Open 5–9:30 PM serving a seven-fishes dinner ($70).

Parc: Open 7:30 AM–8 PM.

The Plough & the Stars: Open 11:30– 2 AM.

Pod: Open 5–9 PM.

Positano Coast: Open 11:30 AM–10:30 PM serving the regular a la carte menu or a 5-course menu for 2 to share ($55, with $20 optional wine pairing).

R2L Restaurant & Lounge: Open 11:30 AM–9 PM (bar menu served after 8 PM).

Rouge: Open 11:30 AM–9 PM.

Route 6: Open 4:30 PM–9 PM.

Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse: Open 12–8 PM.

South Philadelphia Tap Room: Open 11–2 AM (kitchen closes at 1 AM).

Stella: Open 11 AM–9 PM.

Twenty Manning Grill: Open 5–10 PM (kitchen closes at 8 PM).

The Twisted Tail: Serving a pig roast buffet ($35, $15 kids 10 and under, free kids 3 and under).

Village Belle: Open 2–8 PM serving a 4-course prix fixe menu ($45).

Village Whiskey: Open 11:30 AM–8 PM.
