6) Black Raven BeakTweaker Citrus IPA

The Seattle suburb of Redmond, WA is home to this Poe-inspired brewery that deftly compliments the natural citrus flavors found in hops with a touch of citrus peel. The orange peel accentuates the Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops and the lemon peel does the same for the Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a tangy, spicy, 77 IBU beer (there’s some rye malt in there) that tastes extra IPA-like (6.7% ABV).
