Where to Celebrate New Year's Eve in Philadelphia

Where to Celebrate New Year's Eve in Philadelphia

After the presents have been unwarped, the feasts have been had and the eggnog has been drunk, it’s time to reflect on the year that will soon come to a close. We hope you enjoyed 2014 as much as we have. But let’s not get too sentimental here. It’s time to celebrate with some beer and champagne!

Drink Philly Presents: ‘A Craft Beer New Year’ (117 Chestnut St.; 267-314-5770)
Join us as we ring in the new year with craft beer at 2nd Story Brewing. Tickets for the evening include an open bar featuring in-house brews and a selection of wine, stationed dinner buffet, passed hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight.

Panorama (14 N Front St.; 215-922-7800)
Head to Old City’s Panorama for a four-course menu and sparkling toast with great views of the Penn’s Landing fireworks.

Spirit of Philadelphia (Penn's Landing; 866-455-3866)
Start the new year with a splash aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia’s fireworks dinner cruise. You’ll have the best view of the fireworks as you enjoy a buffet dinner on the water. Talk about a unique way to cruise into 2015.

Perch Pub (1345 Locust St.; 215-546-4090)
It’s out with the old and in with the new at Perch Pub. Food, drinks, a champagne toast and party favors are all in store for this Center City celebration.

Cavanaugh’s Headhouse (421 S 2nd St.; 215-928-9307)
Ring in 2015 just off South Street at Cav’s Headhouse. Open bar, New Year’s buffet, champagne toast and more await at this rocking celebration.

Revolution House (200 Market St.; 215-625-4566)
Celebrate the new year with a great view at Revolution House. This Old City joint is hosting a rooftop party with a DJ, drinks, dancing, food and, of course, a champagne toast. Located at 2nd and Market, you’re sure to have an awesome view of the midnight fireworks too.

Drinker’s Pub (1903 Chestnut St.; 215-564-0914)
Dance your way into the new year at Drinker’s Pub in Rittenhouse. Cover is only $5 with a cash bar and VIP open bar tickets are only $45.

Hotel Monaco (433 Chestnut St.; 215-923-2267)
Red Owl Tavern and Stratus Rooftop Lounge will both open their doors for A Midwinter Night’s Dream at Hotel Monaco this New Year’s Eve. Premium open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres and a dinner buffet prepared by Chef Jorge Chicas are just a few of the tasty options available at this double venue party.
