Thursday, February 10th

Beer Advocate Visits Tria

What: Tria is tapping a sixtel of Allagash Big Little beer for $6 per 10oz glass. The brew is a collaboration by the founders of Beer Advocate, who are visiting during the afternoon, and Allagash Brewing Company.

When: Thursday, February 10th. 3-4:15pm (Approximately)

Where: Tria Rittenhouse, 18th and Sansom.

 

Friday, February 11th

White Birch Firkin Tapping at Devil’s Den

What: Beer tasting with White Birch Brewing

When: Friday, February 11th. 5-8pm.

Where: Devil’s Den. South Philly, 11th & Ellsworth.

White Birch Brewing founder Bill Herlicka is visiting Devil’s Den and bringing delicious beer with him. They will be tapping a firkin of Hop Session (west coast, dry hopped IPA, 7$) along with kegs of Hookset IPA (Belgian IPA 7.8%) and Indulgence (a strong dark ale 9.2%).

 

Saturday, February 12th

Winter Beer Fest @ The Electric Factory

What: The rescheduled Winter Beer Fest is back on and in a better venue!  Taste a ton of great craft beers in one of two 4-hour sessions!

When: Saturday, February 12th from 1-5pm & 6pm-10pm.

Where: The Electric Factory: 421 N. 7th St

The admission price gets you all the beer samples you want for the whole session. There will be food for sale at the concession stand and some free samples of some tasty treats from some of our non beer vendors too. T-shirts, mugs, pint glasses and cool tikki stuff for sale too. TICKETS

Sunday, February 13th

Valentine’s for Felines Fundraiser at Doobie’s

What: Fundraiser and raffle to help support the Philadelphia Cat Rescue

When: Sunday, February 13th, 7:30-10:30pm.

Where: Doobie’s, Rittenhouse, 22nd & Lombard

Doobie’s bar is hosting a fundraiser and raffle to help support the Cat Rescue. There will be auctions for jewelry, artwork, beer, wine and much, much more. Raffles are $2,  3 tickets, for $5, 7 for $10. Raffle prizes include gift certificates for massages, wine, watches, beer, scarves and more.
