The brunch menu at Marc Vetri's 13th Street trattoria leans heavily on the Italian side of things (yes, pasta is an entirely viable brunch option), but their Bloody Mary Fra'diavolo gets it's devilish kick from a duo of Southeast Asian ingredients. The holy trinity of tomato juice, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce is joined by a squirt of garlicky sriracha and sambal oelek that lends some bright chile heat, seeds included.
